Cost: FREE!!!

Schedule:
• Basic Meditation Instruction: About 5 minutes
• Guided Group Meditation Session: About 25 minutes
• Opportunities for Personal Instruction: As Requested

Description:

Primarily meant as an invitation to the local homeless community on ‘the ave’, come join Bradley “The Whistler” for an ongoing late night meditation session that will be held each evening in front of the UW Book Store.  This is a great opportunity to clear the mind and settle into yourself before heading to bed.  Most people find this instruction to be a powerful sleep aid, allowing for more a more restful experience.  If you are interested in learning more, just ask…
